Standard individual therapy sessions last 45-50 minutes. Couples sessions are 70-75 minutes. Melissa provides short and long-term therapy; the length of treatment will depend on your needs.

Melissa offers sessions via telehealth in the state of California and has been providing teletherapy since 2018.

Melissa offers walk and talk therapy sessions in Los Angeles, Orange County, and San Francisco.

yoga & Mindfulness

Yoga has a subtle, clever way of short circuiting the mental patterns, that cause anxiety.

In some cases where clinically appropriate, Melissa may suggest exploration of yoga to target specific symptoms or needs. As a trained yoga instructor, she has found bringing this practice to the therapeutic space to be healing.
